Delivery Terms
Customer agrees with this order as written and assumes full responsibility for their property during delivery. In the event of unusual delivery conditions, such as unlevel site, obstructive trees or fences, delivery may exceed the normal 30 minutes at site and result in an additional charge of $80 per hour.
Purchase Terms
Kloter Farms does everything possible to ensure accuracy on our website. However, system or typographical errors can occur, and Kloter Farms reserves the right to check all orders for accuracy before processing.
A Kloter Farms representative will call you via telephone by the end of the next business day to confirm site access, and set a convenient delivery date. At that time, a 50% deposit will be charged to your verified credit card. The balance is due on delivery. Kloter Farms will issue a credit slip on any cancelled order less a restocking fee.
