I ordered a Kloter Farms 12x16 shed last fall and today was delivery day. We want to thank Lydia Welti and the entire cabinetry team at Kloter Farms for the outstanding service we received in purchasing cabinetry for our new home addition. This included a vanity and customized storage cabinet for our new bathroom, and upper and lower cabinetry for our new wet bar.
From the day we walked into Kloter Farms back in Jul 2024, until the day the cabinets were delivered in Feb 2025, Lydia was there for us every step of the way. She helped us with ideas & suggestions on selecting the appropriate cabinetry design we wanted for this new space. Looking back, before going to Kloter, we were somewhat naïve in the sense that thought we were pretty certain on the type & style of cabinets we wanted. However, the evolution of the process, and most notably being able to work with Lydia (and the cabinetry team) proved differently. Lydia noticed some uncertainly in our early selection thoughts, and suggested we look at certain sites online to find inspiration and ideas to make sure we were very confident in this important decision. She was extremely patient, we never felt pressure or rushed by Lydia throughout this entire process. She never tried steering us somewhere we didn’t want to go. Also, there were a few times in the process we were overwhelmed with other elements of the addition, and thus did not communicate with Lydia as timely as we should have. This never altered the friendly and pleasant demeanor Lydia exhibited throughout the eight (8) months we had the pleasure of working with her. Lastly, a week or so after the cabinets were delivered, Lydia reached out to us to make sure everything was okay, and that we were happy with the end result. We are extremely pleased with the cabinets themselves; they are very well-crafted, and they are gorgeous. We are also very pleased with the professional, friendly and knowledgeable customer service Lydia provided.

Our kitchen remodel was recently completed by Kloter Farms and everything came out fantastic. We are so happy we chose Klotter Farms to complete the project. So happy with our new shed! Steve, our salesman, was very helpful showing us all our options. We made all our selections and signed the contract. We had our kitchen renovated by Kloter farms. It’s beautiful! I had other quotes but when I visited the showroom and saw the quality of the cabinets that was it! Lydia worked with me on the design. She listened to what I liked & didn’t like. The cabinets came sooner than we thought & Steve worked with my contractor to make sure everything was prepared for install. Steve, Lydia & crew came as scheduled. After the electrical & appliances were done Steve & Dan came back to do touch up & punch list. It was a pleasure working with them. Recently bought our fourth shed from Kloter Farms and they continue to live up to our high expectations of them. Friendly service from sales to delivery and Jim and Barry were absolute surgeons with the delivery. Sheds are getting very expensive so if you are going to spend the money, do it right and go to Kloter. We got 12 month financing which helped a lot too!
Our new shed was delivered yesterday by Tyler. I took a drive to Kloter Farms last weekend...hour and a half from Stamford. Beautiful drive through rural Connecticut. I visited the two stores, this one, and the one with the kitchen islands and full kitchens. I ordered a kitchen island and chairs. Everything is customized. I am happy with the price and probably would have cost much more if I shopped in Lower Fairfield County or Westchester Country. Thank you Sierra for your patience and expertise. Delivery takes several months, so I'm glad I decided to order now. Can't wait to see the final product.
10/10. Yes, A+++. Steve and his team were exceptional to work with. Steve is down to earth, a straight shooter, right to the point, and his knowledge level is seemingly beyond his years. His crew was professional and courteous at every step of the way. Cabinets, well they are fully custom and when you compare woods used, thickness, joinery, hardware and finish they cannot be beat by anyone - and we did our due diligence. One of the major differences with Kloter kitchens is that the team that designs the kitchen, is the same team that installs the kitchen. Unlike other companies, they also provide a firm install date shortly after the contract is signed. Sure enough, the install took place on the day promised and they sized the install crew to get the job done in one day. Sure, a couple of small details needed tending to after the install, but they were back just as promised. Dan, their repair man was also prompt, courteous and very knowledgable taking care of the few details to our satisfaction. I am very particular and have high expectations - Kloter met, and exceeded them in some cases. Very highly recommended.

We visited 3 custom cabinet makers in CT before settling on Kloter Farms. Our kitchen is pretty small and was not a very good use of space. Stephen was able to make subtle changes to our kitchen layout that made our small space more usable with a more spacious feeling. We are able to utilize more storage in our new kitchen and we don't constantly bump into each other when cooking and prepping our meals.
Even if you are a handy person, I would recommend having Kloter Farms do the cabinet installation because they are not just professional as the label goes, they truly are top notch and get the job done quickly. Things like uneven floors and walls are taken into account so your cabinets look as if they were built with your house without unsightly gaps. They even take into account small details like floor tile grout channels, making it look like the cabinet is “melted” to the floor. Hard to beat that kind of quality work and the installation price is not that bad considering they come in with a crew on a mission to get your kitchen up and running as soon and efficiently as possible.
All time frames were met as discussed months prior during the project planning phase, no disappointing delays or cancellations, thoroughly professional. Stephen is also good at giving design advice based on what look you are going for. Once you communicate what you want, he will make the best suggestions based on your needs. He is very responsive during the the entire process, from selection to planning, to post install, making you feel reassured whenever you have a question or need advice.
The cabinets are high quality and seem very durable. We went with stained cabinets and the wood is smoother than I have seen on any cabinets. The protective finish is also a nice touch and all hardware like slides and internal organizers are of the highest quality, think trade sourced quality, not things you can find in your local home improvement store. We even had a cabinet tech as part of our installation who filled nail holes and matched the colors perfectly as well as “fine tune” all the doors and drawers so they work flawlessly.
A truly great experience for our remodel and we are very happy with the layout changes, cabinets, and service we received from Kloter Farms!
My husband and I recently did a full kitchen remodel. We spent months planning and visited many showrooms. The service provided at Kloter Farms was excellent and the final product was even better! We were most impressed by the fact that we worked with the same person from the time we walked into the showroom through installation of our custom cabinets (Stephen was incredibly knowledgeable and a great person to work with!) I would highly recommend Kloter Farms Kitchens to anyone who is planning a kitchen remodel!
I had an island made for my small kitchen. I felt like we desperately needed more cabinet space but after much consideration, I still wanted a place at least 3 of us could eat a quick meal together. (I ended up buying a convertible dining table that fits up to 10 or 12 for my living room from Hay Needle). But, a regular island with a breakfast counter really didn't fit in my kitchen and I wanted to be able to face my hubby while eating. So I got a customized piece. One big cabinet near the wall and basically a kitchen table at the end that would fit 3. It turned out beautifully! It is kinda huge in our little kitchen, but I really like it! My husband calls it Noah's Ark! It has Newport legs and a 2" thick appearance top and is Heritage Oak color. I probably should have gone a shade lighter, but I was to afraid it would show stains. Also, I was afraid if I got butcher block, all of us would be tempted to cut things on it, and it would get deep scratches! I got 24" saddle stools that fit all the way under when not in use. And right now, without company, we keep a garbage can at the end of the table part. I'm so happy we made this investment! It was around $3700 with a sale on islands. Oh and a shout out to the sales people and delivery people! All were very kind and professional!
We love our custom kitchen island! It is so well made and looks so nice in our kitchen. The staff were very helpful, offering suggestions. They knew their products thoroughly. The showroom is immense, as are the grounds/complex. I found them online and even though they were 2.5 hours away from our home, it was well worth the drive which we made twice. We enjoyed looking around at their other sections - outdoor play equipment, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, baby barns and gazebos and enjoyed sitting by their big fire pit as we ate the most delicious ice cream from the onsite ice cream shop. The men who delivered our island were friendly and courteous and explained its cleaning and care. We will be visiting Kloter Farms again!
We have wanted to remodel our kitchen for over 10 years. After purchasing a custom-built kitchen island several years ago, we knew we wanted a Kloter Farms custom kitchen. Fortunately, we were also able to use Kloter Farms as the general contractor to install our new cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical.
