We here at Kloter Farms understand that orders placed in store, online or over the phone are placed by you as a customer in good faith that we as a provider will deliver as we promise. We take that personally and give you our word that your furniture will be delivered as you ordered it and in perfect shape, or you have the right to return it.
Upon your furniture arriving at your home, you will have the opportunity to inspect it with experienced delivery personnel before they leave your home or office.
Warranty for National Customers
Every piece of furniture we sell comes with a 1 year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Should you detect a defect or damages in any way, simply contact us and we will have the items repaired or replaced at our discretion with no charge to you. Please be prepared to send pictures (via email) that show the problem so we can assess what needs to be done. Normal use and wear, misuse, commercial use, or seasonal wood movement, discoloration, warping, checking or splits of any item is not under our guarantee. Natural wood stains and varnishes are not covered under our guarantee at all.
Kloter Farms does everything possible to ensure accuracy on our website. However, system or typographical errors can occur, and Kloter Farms reserves the right to check all orders for accuracy before processing.
