1. Kloter Farms Exclusive!
   Our gazebos are taller by having up to 30% more volume allowing matching top rails which present a pleasing uniform appearance plus enhanced standing view over the door.
2. Braces
   Machined from solid polymer, our intricate decorative braces maintain their color and never need painting.
3. Cornice Boards
   Cornice boards are solid treated 2×6 boards encased in a vinyl sleeve and secured with stainless screws
4. Structural Posts
   With the strength of solid wood and the maintenance-free advantages of a thick vinyl sleeve. No exposed wood. Pressure treated gazebos include revolutionary laminated 4×4 posts for maximum strength (excludes Belvedere model). No cracks or knots.
5. Roof Materials
   Standard features include architectural asphalt shingles over pressure treated tongue and groove underlayment and 2×6 pressure treated rafters. Shingles are available in a variety of colors.
6. Railings
   Choice of baluster/railings 1×3 or 2×2. Both top and bottom are secured with stainless steel screws.
7. Screens/Windows
   When chosen as an option, screens or windows are fitted for tightness to created a nuisance-free interior environment. Includes 36″ door.
8. Floor
   Composite decking material with attractive non-slip wood grain texture. Double 2×6 floor joists for maximum strength and fastening area for decking (excludes Belvedere model).
9. Handrails
   Select from 4 styles of vinyl spindles; rails are solid treated wood in a vinyl sleeve. The vinyl spindles are countersunk into a wooden core and glued for maximum stability.

Kloter Farms will guarantee your storage building or gazebo for 10 YEARS because we believe in our products and the materials we use. You should expect to enjoy it for many years to come with proper maintenance and care. We will repair or replace any part due to a defect in materials or workmanship for that period. This, of course, does not apply to neglect (lack of care) or abuse. Kloter Farms reserves the right to inspect any claims and pro-rate any repairs deemed necessary.

This guarantee applies only to the products purchased from Kloter Farms and is limited to the product itself. This guarantee is not transferable.
