I purchased a shed in December and it was delivered today. I have to say Kloter Farms is a very impressive business. Straight from the sale all the way to delivery they are top notch. Communication was outstanding on multiple occasions all the way to 30 minutes out from delivery. They handled everything from the demolition of the old cabinets to the installation of the new, showed up right on time each day, and were extremely polite throughout the process. We love Kloter Farms products and people and just bought a brand new king-sized Cabot Panel bed and mattress. Jeremiah and Rhyss arrived exactly on time and managed to hoist the king mattress up an enclosed stairway to the 2nd floor. Both guys were polite and efficient! Earlier this year we purchased another mattress (for a Queen bed) from KF, and last year we bought a shed!! No reason to shop anywhere else!!

We took delivery of a fuschia mattress recently and the delivery guys, Tim and Keenan, exceeded our expectations in terms of courtesy, promptness and speed. Moreover, we got got great support from Fred and Emily that day with a question!

I had a great experience buying living room furniture at Kloter Farms. My first visit I got ideas and measurements for living room pieces. There are one page sheets with specs and options, plus I took photos. I measured my room and chose a couch (so many sizes and options), chairs and ottoman, then went back to make the final selection, choose fabrics and get prices. The salespeople were there for all questions and were really helpful, but were never pushy. They know the furniture inside out, and know the difference between couches that start to look so alike.

Time estimate was 6-10 weeks, my furniture arrived about 7 weeks later. The delivery was excellent, Jeremiah and Rhyss arrived at the beginning of the two hour window, were so pleasant, meticulous about getting the furniture in without touching anything and took care to be sure that everything was exactly as we wanted before leaving.

Only recommendation for improvement would be their design software when customizing the colors appear very different on the software than they are in reality. Our garage looks wonderful, excellent craftsmanship, and the delivery was amazing. We live on a narrow private road and the garage needed to be placed on a small pad with a little incline. The crew accomplished this with accuracy and efficiency. We were told a delivery time between 7 and 9, the truck arrived at 8 and all was in place before 8:30. Jim, Curt and Tim were terrific and the folks at the Kloter Farms showroom were helpful and courteous. We couldn't be happier.

This is the second shed we have purchased. Rick in sales was great to work with and took the time to explain everything. Jim delivered our shed and was very professional. He made sure the window worked (even scraped the lettering off the window) and made sure the doors would not hit the ramp. We visited Kloter Farms to “look” at swivel chairs. We found the perfect chair and ended up purchasing a chair and a sofa. The store associate was wonderful helping us choose fabrics. Ben and Tim delivered our new living room set and were very careful to prevent any damage to the new furniture and out walls/doorways as it was somewhat of a tight fit maneuvering around.

We want to thank Lydia Welti and the entire cabinetry team at Kloter Farms for the outstanding service we received in purchasing cabinetry for our new home addition. This included a vanity and customized storage cabinet for our new bathroom, and upper and lower cabinetry for our new wet bar.

From the day we walked into Kloter Farms back in Jul 2024, until the day the cabinets were delivered in Feb 2025, Lydia was there for us every step of the way. She helped us with ideas & suggestions on selecting the appropriate cabinetry design we wanted for this new space. Looking back, before going to Kloter, we were somewhat naïve in the sense that thought we were pretty certain on the type & style of cabinets we wanted. However, the evolution of the process, and most notably being able to work with Lydia (and the cabinetry team) proved differently. Lydia noticed some uncertainly in our early selection thoughts, and suggested we look at certain sites online to find inspiration and ideas to make sure we were very confident in this important decision. She was extremely patient, we never felt pressure or rushed by Lydia throughout this entire process. She never tried steering us somewhere we didn’t want to go. Also, there were a few times in the process we were overwhelmed with other elements of the addition, and thus did not communicate with Lydia as timely as we should have. This never altered the friendly and pleasant demeanor Lydia exhibited throughout the eight (8) months we had the pleasure of working with her. Lastly, a week or so after the cabinets were delivered, Lydia reached out to us to make sure everything was okay, and that we were happy with the end result. We are extremely pleased with the cabinets themselves; they are very well-crafted, and they are gorgeous. We are also very pleased with the professional, friendly and knowledgeable customer service Lydia provided.

Lydia knows the cabinet business, and maybe more importantly she has a natural ability to work with people. You are lucky to have her! Please pass on our thanks to Lydia and the entire Kloter Farms cabinetry team who were involved in this process. Thank you!

We made our first new furniture purchase at Kloter Farms this winter. We saw a sign for a sale and stopped by on a bit of a whim. We were met by Mary, who I immediately respected when she greeted and engaged with my five year old before checking in with me. We had a wonderful experience getting a couch and chair from Kloter this year. We went into the store and were helped by Carl, who showed us a bunch of fabric swatches, made recommendations, and was very patient and helpful. We ordered in store on 10/19/24 and had our items delivered 12/13/24. The people who delivered the couch and seat went above and beyond to move our existing couch where we wanted it and to set up the new couch and seat. They also went over care instructions. The couch and seat are very comfortable and good quality, and we look forward to shopping at Kloter again in the future.

Today had another delivery from Kloter Farms. I wasn't sure how they would treat this second delivery only because, this was their second delivery within a week. To my surprise, I wasn't charged, not even a penny for delivery. The guys, Tim and Steve did an impossible task of bringing the desk upstairs on a curved staircase. They were very careful and I'm so happy with the workmanship, as I sit here writing my review from my NEW Desk. Just a big shout out, to everyone at the establishment. The decorating staff, to sales staff and then the delivery folks, all work as a TEAM! I love going there on a Saturday and could easily spend the day there. Worth the trip!

So happy with our new shed!
Steve, our salesman, was very helpful showing us all our options. We made all our selections and signed the contract. Next day we had a change of heart and wanted to get a different shed. Drove over to see Steve. He was very accommodating, assisting us with our changes. Left Kloter’s feeling good about our final decisions.
Fast forward to delivery..Jim made the delivery. What a gem! Gave us a call 1/2 hour before arrival and arrived shortly thereafter. He was friendly and knowledgeable. You could tell he’d been doing this for awhile. Put metal plates down to ease delivery on our hilly terrain and maneuvered the truck and shed with ease. We tried recliner chairs. Mary asked if we needed help. I advised her that I had compressed discs in my neck. It was a huge sale day but Mary said she wanted to make sure I got the correct chair for my needs. We tried 4 chairs and she checked my shoulder neck and arms. She had me resit in certain chairs. We totally had 100% focus and customer service. Made sure the chair could be customized to what I needed. Mary then helped us by asking the colors in the room and brought samples to me. Although the structure and stitching were of the finest quality, we were unhappy with the stuffing. I called Steve at the store and immediately a staff member was sent to the house who made some minor adjustments. We couldn’t be happier!
