Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our Outdoor Sales Department at our Ellington, CT location. The ideal candidate will have sales and management experience, excellent management skills, and a strong ability to communicate effectively. This position is perfect for someone who is organized and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Working days will be Monday through Saturday with one day off.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing and Executing the Sales Plan.
- Hiring and Training Salespeople.
- Motivating the Sales Team.
- Setting Sales Targets.
- Managing the Sales Pipeline.
- Reporting on Sales Activity.
- Working with marketing team to promote sales
- Exploring new sales opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Sales Experience
- Previous Management Experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
