I want to take a moment to recognize some very talented, unspoken members of our company. By the time Kloter Farms opens its doors to the public, these guys have already been working for couple hours. I’d like you to meet the outdoor delivery crew!
It’s easy for me to sing their praises because their work is so beyond me. While I’m in my office writing blogs, creating catalogs and so on, these guys are out on the road, making sure stone pads are level and backing-up/maneuvering sheds with perfection. They don’t stop until the job is done. Whether it’s the cold winter, hot summer sun, rain, snow—you name it—our delivery crew is something to brag about! And they don’t just leave early in the morning. By mid-day they are back, load up again and head out for a second round of deliveries. At the end of the day, they load up their trailers for the next morning.
However, they can’t do it alone. Back at Kloter Farms, there’s another group who complements their work by scheduling deliveries, getting loads prepped, inspecting the structures, escorting, and many other tasks to make sure deliveries are flawless and our customers receive the best service possible.
What’s great about these teams combined is their bond. They don’t just work well together and they’re more than just coworkers. They’re friends. They joke and laugh, they share frustrations and they are each other’s support system.
These men are the last step in a sale, and we couldn’t ask for a better group to fill that role! So a big shout-out and thank you to each one. You are an integral part of Kloter Farms and we are honored to have you a part of the entire team!
