From start to finish a very pleasant experience. Finding upholstered furniture that "fits" the proportionally smaller rooms of our 1831 home is a challenge. Just received delivery of our second room of furniture (thanks Keenan and Tim for excellent delivery) and it is lovely.

I had a shed delivered early April and it’s beautiful! The team that installed it did a great job.

We can’t be any happier with the service and the shed we purchased in January. The sales staff were great, no pressure at all. Delivery was on the exact date that targeted 3 months prior . Shed quality is A+. Dan B who delivered my shed(12x20) was a master at work watching him and his partner navigate what I thought was a difficult path to the area . All of this is why they are the best!!

We bought a 12'x16' English Garden shed through Kloter Farms. The shed is well built, has a lot of room to store yard equipment and furniture formerly stored in our garage, and complements our property. The site preparation was well done, and the delivery by Jim and Steve was done professionally and efficiently.

When it was time to add a corner hutch to our dining room, we returned to the one place where craftsmanship, value, and reliability come together: Klotter's Farms of Ellington. We met with Emily, who had previously assisted us with furniture purchases and worked closely with us to design and coordinate our KF dining room set for the perfect fit.

The hutch was delivered on schedule and looks outstanding.

We ordered our Kloter Farms Signature shed last month in the office and Lisa was exceptional to work with. We received delivery this week after the snowstorm. The shed is well made and comes with a 10 year warranty. We were impressed by it. My husband had forgotten to shovel off the pad and had pavers set which didn’t exactly measure out appropriately. As he was at work, Jim ended up shoveling the pad area off and adjusted two of the pavers which weighed about 50lbs each to be in line with needed measurements. Him and Steve were pleasant gentlemen and ended up turning my stress into laughter. We had been recommended by many friends to buy the Kloter Farms sheds and I can say that the company, as well as employees, were above our expectations. Thank you Jim, Steve, Lisa and Kloter family.

I’m so happy I found Kloter Farms. I purchased a dining room table and chairs and bench cushion to match. They went above and beyond to help me with the purchase. The furniture came on time and is very good quality, custom made by Amish craftsmen.

Nate worked with me on my 12’x16’ shed order, Mark set up the site with a Bobcat and crushed stone, Joe rescheduled the next day after the first weather-related aborted delivery—it was very important that the shed be in place before a moving POD was delivered the very next day—Sam and Devin brought a motorized “mule” which circumvented the previous day’s problem and placed the shed perfectly.

We just received our new sofa today, and we are thrilled! The whole experience was fantastic, starting with our sales expert, who helped us with designing the perfect piece. We just purchased our second building from Kloter and couldn’t be happier. Project Manager Dan C thoroughly explained the process with the new (much larger) building and he expertly conducted the necessary site survey. Delivery leader Dan and his crew worked magic in squeezing our building past our house with only inches to spare, and placing it perfectly - to call what they did impressive doesn’t do them justice. Finally Build Crew Leadman Scott K and his crew, Sam, Tyler, Connor, and Tim, were the consummate professionals. I purchased a garage from Kloter. The purchasing experience was very easy. All calls were friendly and very informative. They provided a schedule on delivery schedule and followed up to confirm that the original schedule was still on track.

Delivery of the garage was professional. Sam and Curt asked where to place the garage and landed it perfectly. It was clear they knew what they were doing. Once landed they made sure it was landed and both doors functioned appropriately.

Purchased out 4th shed from Kloter Farms because we’ve moved a few times. Tim delivered our shed and he did a great job maneuvering around the generator and there’s a propane tank on the opposite side across from the generator. He’s a great driver.

This is our second Klotter Farms purchase. First we bought a shed and now a gazebo. Very pleased with this gazebo. Appears well made. Everyone we have dealt with at Klotter has been pleasant and friendly. The delivery process is excellent with what I like to call their magic trailer that is fun to watch how it works. We enjoy just going to Klotter and looking at all the different outdoor items as well as the furniture shop. They have good ice cream as well.

Exceptional! We ordered a run in shed after seeing Kloter Farms website. It was delivered today and we couldn't be any happier. Purchased a shed in August Brandon the sales person was great. Listened to what I was I looking for and provided the right options never felt pushed or rushed. Received a call, that they had a cancelation and did I want delivery a day earlier. Christian delivered the shed and was great setting it in the perfect place and confirmed I was happy with it. We are extremely happy with our purchases from Kloter Farms. We worked with Lydia W & Stephen S to design custom cabinetry for the dining room and mudroom. They both made the process easy and seamless! Upon installation their expert craftsmanship really shined in the small details that they took their time in. Stephen’s team spent extra time make sure the crown molding of the cabinetry matched our existing crown molding just perfectly. The cabinetry was more beautiful than we ever imagined! We would love to work with them again! We worked with Mary in the store for our kitchen table and living room furniture. Mary was excellent and very patient. She had lots of helpful thoughts and suggestions and helped guide me to the purchases that we are so happy with. Mary made the process, that I had been somewhat dreading, fun and exciting! I would love to work with Mary again! Emily helped with the purchase of our new bed. We wanted it to coordinate well with our current dressers and night stands. When a bed I loved caught my eye in the store, Emily helped customize the wood to coordinate with our existing bedroom furniture. And it looks wonderful! I would love to work with Emily again! Fred helped in getting us a larger mattress in the same style that we loved from years ago, so we could stay in the same comfort that was familiar to us. The furniture delivery team Jeremiah, Rhyss, Nate, and Brian (and maybe others that I’d don’t know their names) were very respectful, efficient, and always did an excellent job whenever they stepped into our home. We couldn’t be happier with all of our Kloter Farms purchases and would highly recommend you to stop in and meet their wonderful staff who will take very good care of you.

Kloter Farms has very high quality furniture. We bought a solid maple "pub" table. It's beautiful! Kloter's furniture is not inexpensive, but the quality of the furniture makes it worth the extra cost. Many other stores sell low quality for high price, which is not good. You don't have to worry about Kloter furniture!

We had a delivery of dining room furniture! Absolutely beautiful! And we must say that the delivery team of Ben and Rhyss were above and beyond what we have experienced. They paid particular attention to bringing the furniture in, setting it up and giving it a final polish before leaving.

We love Kloter Farms products and people and just bought a brand new king-sized Cabot Panel bed and mattress. Jeremiah and Rhyss arrived exactly on time and managed to hoist the king mattress up an enclosed stairway to the 2nd floor. Both guys were polite and efficient! Earlier this year we purchased another mattress (for a Queen bed) from KF, and last year we bought a shed!! No reason to shop anywhere else!!

Buying an art shed from Kloter Farms has been an amazing experience.

From choosing the shed with Joe Schneider to Johnny creating a gravel foundation to the delivery of our shed with Dan and his team, Kloter provides an Apple Store-level customer service experience.

The shed itself is top quality, fully insulated with a power panel, multiple outlets, and a junction box for a ceiling fan.

The team made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the entire process. A small roof tile, for example, that came off during delivery was repaired 8am the next morning.

I would give Kloter six stars if I could. We look forward to enjoying our shed for many years to come.

I had a great experience buying living room furniture at Kloter Farms. My first visit I got ideas and measurements for living room pieces. There are one page sheets with specs and options, plus I took photos. I measured my room and chose a couch (so many sizes and options), chairs and ottoman, then went back to make the final selection, choose fabrics and get prices. The salespeople were there for all questions and were really helpful, but were never pushy. They know the furniture inside out, and know the difference between couches that start to look so alike.

Time estimate was 6-10 weeks, my furniture arrived about 7 weeks later. The delivery was excellent, Jeremiah and Rhyss arrived at the beginning of the two hour window, were so pleasant, meticulous about getting the furniture in without touching anything and took care to be sure that everything was exactly as we wanted before leaving.

Shed was delivered today on time as promised . From sales person to delivery persons , experience was excellent. Very happy with your product and service.

Only recommendation for improvement would be their design software when customizing the colors appear very different on the software than they are in reality. The shed was delivered by Jim, who did an excellent job of placing it in the designated area we picked out. The 8 x 8 ft shed came out great. Only problem is the overhang made the shed a bit longer then we planned. Jim did the best he could to position it in the space for us. Colors match our house well. Quality work all the way.

Our garage looks wonderful, excellent craftsmanship, and the delivery was amazing. We live on a narrow private road and the garage needed to be placed on a small pad with a little incline. The crew accomplished this with accuracy and efficiency. We were told a delivery time between 7 and 9, the truck arrived at 8 and all was in place before 8:30. Jim, Curt and Tim were terrific and the folks at the Kloter Farms showroom were helpful and courteous. We couldn't be happier.

UPDATE//: The leadership team at KF's completely resolved the issue. END UPDATE//. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I grew up in the area but have lived out of state for decades. In the past, the effort to journey to KF's paid off with professional customer service and furniture pieces large and small that I've enjoyed having in my home. However, the last experience was an exception: after weeks of waiting for a piece of furniture I made the trip to pick it up only to discover it was damaged. The warehouse staff wanted to repair it. After considering it, I decided to contact my salesperson to have the furniture replaced. The sales staff told me they would order a new item and inform the warehouse of the change. Three days later I received a call from the warehouse manager indicating the furniture had been repaired. When I explained that a new item had been ordered, the warehouse manager tried every excuse to attempt to have me accept the damaged/repaired item. Their parting comment was: "...the salesperson who sold you the furniture isn't high level enough to approve ordering a new piece." This last comment doubled down on multiple internal KF's failures leading to this review. Let me recap: (1) The warehouse team had several weeks before pick-up to check the small piece of furniture for damage, which they failed to do. (2) The warehouse manager contacted me directly and pressured me to accept the repaired furniture; that strategy is inappropriate.(3) The warehouse manager revealed more internal process failures by attempting to argue that I had made the mistake by talking to someone in the showroom (my salesperson) who does not have the authority to approve a reorder. My hope is that this friction can be navigated and I'll update this review with new information but for now, if I was part of the KF's leadership team I'd be embarrassed.

We purchased a 10x14 Poolside Garden Shed in color red from Klotar Farms and it was delivered this morning right on time. I even received some calls beforehand to keep me informed on the delivery. To say our experience was just awesome is an understatement and I really don’t normally give reviews. First, quality, quality and more quality. That’s important to us- I looked and priced the plastic stuff out there and pretty quickly decided no way. Christian delivered and impressively installed our shed with amazing proficiency and without batting an eyelid. Now I can reclaim my garage and feel confident about my new shed decision. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with our choice to go with Kloter Farms and my wife and I recommend them 100%!

I have a 17 year old gazebo. Kloter came out and repaired the screen on the door for a very fair price. Recently replaced the shingles when a new roof was put on my house. The gazebo looks brand new. No reason I won't get another 15+ years out of it.

Tim did an awesome job delivering our shed. First he had to drop one shed as it was loaded to be delivered first. Then he had to turn our shed as it was loaded backwards. He had a narrow area to go thru to reach our back yard and did it flawlessly. He was able to drop it onto the blocks we had installed as a foundation. With just some small adjustments he was able to level and center it. We were very impressed especially after he told us he’d only been doing it for 3 months. It was amazing to watch.

Excellent customer service and communication from start to delivery. Staff at their Ellington location were extremely helpful in answering our questions so we were able to select our perfect shed from their large inventory. Foundation service provided was also excellent. Tim, our delivery person, was outstanding. The sales staff was amazing. The preperation and delivery was professional and efficient with minimal disturbance to the property, even though it rained the night before. The shed is well built and the siding and roof shingles matched the house. Overall it was a great experience.

This is the second shed we have purchased. Rick in sales was great to work with and took the time to explain everything. Jim delivered our shed and was very professional. He made sure the window worked (even scraped the lettering off the window) and made sure the doors would not hit the ramp. We were very pleased with the build crew for our 11' x 18' Traditional Wood Pavilion.
We tried, unsuccessfully to have local builders give us prices for similar, but unfortunately they either didn't respond, or the prices were about double of what we ultimately spent at Kloter Farms.
This is our second purchase from Kloter, with the first being a shed for our pool area about 4 years ago. It is holding up very well.

Our shed was delivered today and the experience from start to finish could not have been better. Sam assisted us with design and provided us with a timeline for delivery that was spot on. We purchased the pad installation package and were glad we did. The crew prepped and leveled the area with no damage to our lawn. Access to the pad was from a field at other end of the shed and their equipment tracks were confined to that area only. Outstanding! The delivery crew placed the shed as requested and installed the ramp. The shed itself is well constructed and just as ordered. Everyone we dealt with were both professional and personable. We recently took delivery of a 72" pedestal farm table made of hickory. We also ordered the bench to go along with it but re used three of our current chairs. The product is outstanding; the Salesperson was also outstanding and knew her product line. The delivery was a bit earlier than we expected which was even better and the delivery team did a terrific job assembling the table and supplied us with the care procedure for keeping our beautiful table beautiful.

I first walked taking a look at several sheds both outside and inside, and got a good idea of the shed I wanted.

Then I went inside the store and was introduced to Lisa, a friendly and knowledgeable customer representative, who carefully listened to my requests and wishes and then showed me images of that kind of sheds.
She clearly explained to me all the details that came with my options. The total price of the shed I wanted with the site preparation, delivery etc. was also very reasonable.

And everything happened exactly how Lisa told me. She kept me well informed throughout the project. Site preparation did a great job and the delivery truck driver was able to bring the shed via my long and narrow driveways with no problems.

We just received our 10’x12’ shed. We are very happy with the service from showroom to delivery. While the shed is wonderful and all we hoped for; watching the delivery with the “magic trailer” was a great show especially as they shoehorned the shed between a rock wall and a large oak tree with only inches to spare!

I ordered a Kloter Farms 12x16 shed last fall and today was delivery day. From Nick taking our order and replying to my emails, to John and his crew prepping the site and today Jim and Tim and their crew with delivery and roof building, everything went perfectly. Jeremiah and John delivered our 2 couches and recliner yesterday and we couldn't be happier. They called when they were 30 minutes away and were professional delivery people. We visited Kloter Farms to “look” at swivel chairs. We found the perfect chair and ended up purchasing a chair and a sofa. The store associate was wonderful helping us choose fabrics. The order came in much faster than expected and was delivered to our home exactly on time by Tim and Jeremiah ! They were so courteous and careful. They even offered to help put back furniture that had been moved to get the furniture in the room!!! That’s above and beyond service!!!!

We want to thank Lydia Welti and the entire cabinetry team at Kloter Farms for the outstanding service we received in purchasing cabinetry for our new home addition. This included a vanity and customized storage cabinet for our new bathroom, and upper and lower cabinetry for our new wet bar.

From the day we walked into Kloter Farms back in Jul 2024, until the day the cabinets were delivered in Feb 2025, Lydia was there for us every step of the way. She helped us with ideas & suggestions on selecting the appropriate cabinetry design we wanted for this new space. Looking back, before going to Kloter, we were somewhat naïve in the sense that thought we were pretty certain on the type & style of cabinets we wanted. However, the evolution of the process, and most notably being able to work with Lydia (and the cabinetry team) proved differently. Lydia noticed some uncertainly in our early selection thoughts, and suggested we look at certain sites online to find inspiration and ideas to make sure we were very confident in this important decision. She was extremely patient, we never felt pressure or rushed by Lydia throughout this entire process. She never tried steering us somewhere we didn’t want to go. Also, there were a few times in the process we were overwhelmed with other elements of the addition, and thus did not communicate with Lydia as timely as we should have. This never altered the friendly and pleasant demeanor Lydia exhibited throughout the eight (8) months we had the pleasure of working with her. Lastly, a week or so after the cabinets were delivered, Lydia reached out to us to make sure everything was okay, and that we were happy with the end result. We are extremely pleased with the cabinets themselves; they are very well-crafted, and they are gorgeous. We are also very pleased with the professional, friendly and knowledgeable customer service Lydia provided.

We made our first new furniture purchase at Kloter Farms this winter. We saw a sign for a sale and stopped by on a bit of a whim. We were met by Mary, who I immediately respected when she greeted and engaged with my five year old before checking in with me. She then spent nearly two hours with me figuring out what I wanted and needed for our space. I never felt pressured and I know I could not have figured out this purchase by myself. The price was very reasonable with the sale and we received our custom furniture in less than the stated delivery time! We are overjoyed and thankful for Mary and Kloter Farms.

We received our new shed today and the overall experience was top notch. The location of the shed required a couple of tight 90 degree turns in order to get the shed to stone foundation location. The driver really knew how to manage the delivery to the location and did it with precision. He was very nice, professional and easy to work with. Our shed was delivered to Rhode Island and the whole process was seamless. I purchased a dining room set with 6 chairs 20 years ago. I love the set. Was told that if I ever had an issue with the table or chairs, they would repair them at no charge. I went in to purchase 4 additional chairs. I have 4 chairs that are loose, and need service. I ordered the chairs, but was told I’d have to pay to have the old chairs serviced. The manufacturer of that set went out of business. They could have their internal crew repair them but I would have to pay for that service. After paying $2300 for the 4 new chairs, I couldn’t pay for that repair at this time. I will attempt to repair them myself. That was an unpleasant surprise.

Update: After posting this review, I received a call from one of the Managers. They are going to take care of the repairs at no charge. They really do stand behind the items that they sell.

Second shed purchase. Saw sale on line and bought an in stock sed Monday, stone pad put in Tuesday and delivery on Thursday. WOW!!! These people are great. Thank you Kim for making it happen and Tyler, put the shed exactly in place. Great job.

Within a couple of hours our 2 car garage was professionally installed to my complete satisfaction. I won’t be scraping snow off of my car today because my car is now parked in our new garage.

We had a wonderful experience getting a couch and chair from Kloter this year. We went into the store and were helped by Carl, who showed us a bunch of fabric swatches, made recommendations, and was very patient and helpful. We ordered in store on 10/19/24 and had our items delivered 12/13/24. The people who delivered the couch and seat went above and beyond to move our existing couch where we wanted it and to set up the new couch and seat. They also went over care instructions. The couch and seat are very comfortable and good quality, and we look forward to shopping at Kloter again in the future.

We got our Dutch Colonial shed two days ago, and everything looks right, just what we ordered. The delivery was a beautiful spectacle to behold—just two guys settling the building precisely into place in a very short time (while being very kind to the curious granddaughter who was overseeing the process).

We have a shed we got from Kloter Farms back in 1986. It is still as solid today as it was new. Awile back we refinished the outside. Looks brand new. Hence why we went back to Kloter Farms for a one car garage. It is very well built as usual. Very happy. Delivery and placement was very well done aswell.

We will be ordering again.
My wife and I found the pool bar we wanted on display. We brought the salesman outside, pointed and said "we want this pool bar, no copula and only 12' x 14'. We went in and ordered with the colors we wanted. 8 weeks later it was delivered and it didn't look the same as we saw at the display. There was NO overhang on the roof or the bar top. We called and were told the overhang was an option ($350 +/- more). We looked at the contract and sure enough it was there and NOT checked. Our mistake or the salesman's? We saw a building, pointed and never thought the roof would be different. We contacted Rick and met with him to work it out. Rick ordered a new Pool Bar with the overhang (all other options were the same). They came and carefully removed the wrong bar AFTER the patio was completed. The new one was delivered and is perfect! The delivery crew was perfect using an amazing trailer to position the bar exactly where the other one was with no damage to the concrete.
BOTTOM LINE: You can buy sheds, buildings, Gazebos anywhere, but it's the great service when things go wrong that is hard to find. Service and Integrity are long remembered after the price is forgotten.

Today had another delivery from Kloter Farms. I wasn't sure how they would treat this second delivery only because, this was their second delivery within a week. To my surprise, I wasn't charged, not even a penny for delivery. The guys, Tim and Steve did an impossible task of bringing the desk upstairs on a curved staircase. They were very careful and I'm so happy with the workmanship, as I sit here writing my review from my NEW Desk. Just a big shout out, to everyone at the establishment. The decorating staff, to sales staff and then the delivery folks, all work as a TEAM! I love going there on a Saturday and could easily spend the day there. Worth the trip!

Absolutely the best experience imaginable. From Kim, our salesperson to John and Chris who excavated our pad to Dylan who amazingly maneuvered our shed through a narrow driveway entrance, around a 90 degree turn through trees just to get to the sight. Brilliant. And finally the very capable and friendly build team of Scott, Chris, Sam, Ziggy and Connor. And of course the shed itself is exactly what we needed. Thank you to all.

What their trailer is able to do is mind-blowing ( glad that we watched videos taken by other satisfied customers, so I didn’t have heart failure watching them navigate a 90 degree corner…). We’ll do a bit more landscaping around the shed so hope to update this review with more photos. meanwhile we are excited to put equipment and set up space for my potting area inside. Tyler was great! He arrived within the scheduled time, professional, friendly and quickly relocated our shed to the other side of our property. I was a little nervous since the back driveway is shared with 3 other neighbors but he had it in place in a matter of minutes! We had shopped for a family room sectional at 4 other stores and did not find what we were looking for in either quality or comfort. We decided to stop at Kloter Farms after seeing a mail brochure from them. 25 years ago we purchased a Dutch colonial storage building from Klotter farms and it was still in great shape 25 years later. Unfortunately a 100 foot tree came down in a wind storm in late June and destroyed the shed and all of its contents. We would like to thank the team at Klotter farms for helping us replace the shed with the exact same model and color etc at a reasonable price for the quality product they produce.
From Jordan who helped us with the build out in July to Tyler and Curt who delivered and installed the shed yesterday. They were very patient to make sure the shed was in the exact position we wanted and I overheard them reminding each other to make sure we were happy before they left our property. Tyler did not even blink when we asked him to climb back up on the roof and turn the weathervane horse so we could see it better from our deck.

We had our kitchen renovated by Kloter farms. It’s beautiful! I had other quotes but when I visited the showroom and saw the quality of the cabinets that was it! Lydia worked with me on the design. I ordered a greenhouse which has been a dream of mine. The workmanship is amazing with a 10 year warranty. The guys that delivered it were so nice. I was worried about them coming down our deadend road and being able to maneuver it down into yard but they handled it like pros and got it installed in no time. They checked all the windows and gave me great tips. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

We tried recliner chairs. Mary asked if we needed help. I advised her that I had compressed discs in my neck. It was a huge sale day but Mary said she wanted to make sure I got the correct chair for my needs. We tried 4 chairs and she checked my shoulder neck and arms. She had me resit in certain chairs. We totally had 100% focus and customer service. Made sure the chair could be customized to what I needed. Mary then helped us by asking the colors in the room and brought samples to me.
