Hello Kloter Farms! We just had a delivery on Feb. 27th from Tim and Sam....This was clearly the best, most courteous, and most helpful delivery! From the knock on the door to the wave goodbye they were simply the best! We definately will be buying more furniture from you again! The quality of our new furniture delivered is exceptional. We looked at similar things that were twice the cost and the same quality!

Tim and Dan just delivered our latest Kloter Farms purchase and they were outstanding! They communicated in advance, arrived on time, and took care bringing in our furniture and placing it where we wanted it. They also took time to answer all our questions and made sure we had all the information we needed on our new pieces. Kloter Farms continues to be outstanding in terms of product and service. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Tim and Dan on this visit.

My wife and I just had a loveseat and ottoman delivered. We purchased it in November from Sandy who was our salesperson. She was terrific and very helpful. It was brought in and set up by Ryss and his partner. They were very efficient and placed it exactly where we wanted it. We have been to and purchased from Kloter Farms over many years.

I am thrilled with quality craftsmanship of our table and chairs. The delivery process was extremely easy. Brian and Reggie were very respectful, arrived when they said they would and made sure I was well versed in the care of our investment. The furniture is so impressive, it’s definitely heirloom quality. Can’t wait for our bedroom to arrive!

When it was time to add a corner hutch to our dining room, we returned to the one place where craftsmanship, value, and reliability come together: Klotter's Farms of Ellington. We met with Emily, who had previously assisted us with furniture purchases and worked closely with us to design and coordinate our KF dining room set for the perfect fit. The hutch was delivered on schedule and looks outstanding.

I’m so happy I found Kloter Farms. I purchased a dining room table and chairs and bench cushion to match. They went above and beyond to help me with the purchase. The furniture came on time and is very good quality, custom made by Amish craftsmen.

UPDATE//: The leadership team at KF's completely resolved the issue. END UPDATE//. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I grew up in the area but have lived out of state for decades. In the past, the effort to journey to KF's paid off with professional customer service and furniture pieces large and small that I've enjoyed having in my home. However, the last experience was an exception: after weeks of waiting for a piece of furniture I made the trip to pick it up only to discover it was damaged. The warehouse staff wanted to repair it. After considering it, I decided to contact my salesperson to have the furniture replaced. The sales staff told me they would order a new item and inform the warehouse of the change. Three days later I received a call from the warehouse manager indicating the furniture had been repaired. When I explained that a new item had been ordered, the warehouse manager tried every excuse to attempt to have me accept the damaged/repaired item. Their parting comment was: "...the salesperson who sold you the furniture isn't high level enough to approve ordering a new piece." This last comment doubled down on multiple internal KF's failures leading to this review. Let me recap: (1) The warehouse team had several weeks before pick-up to check the small piece of furniture for damage, which they failed to do. (2) The warehouse manager contacted me directly and pressured me to accept the repaired furniture; that strategy is inappropriate.(3) The warehouse manager revealed more internal process failures by attempting to argue that I had made the mistake by talking to someone in the showroom (my salesperson) who does not have the authority to approve a reorder. My hope is that this friction can be navigated and I'll update this review with new information but for now, if I was part of the KF's leadership team I'd be embarrassed.

Purchased a free standing garage. Dean was great to work with and spent the time with us to go over everything. Delivery team was spot on and they put it exactly where I wanted. Garage came exactly as ordered. Definitely recommend 👍👍.

We recently took delivery of a 72" pedestal farm table made of hickory. We also ordered the bench to go along with it but re used three of our current chairs. The product is outstanding; the Salesperson was also outstanding and knew her product line. The delivery was a bit earlier than we expected which was even better and the delivery team did a terrific job assembling the table and supplied us with the care procedure for keeping our beautiful table beautiful. The entire process went very smoothly.

I was thoroughly impressed with Kloter Farms from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and stylish. The store is beautifully laid out and offers a variety of furnishings. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions based on my preferences. Additionally, I was pleased with their delivery service. The delivery team, Tim and Jeremiah, called ahead to notify their prompt arrival and carefully set up my new furniture, making sure everything was perfectly positioned. Equally impressed with their positivity and professionalism.

My husband and I absolutely love the dining table and chars that we purchased from Kloter Farms. Testing out the furniture options in the showroom and speaking to an expert on their sales team really helped us narrow in on our final choice. Cathy was very professional, friendly, and helped us find the perfect dining set for us, all with no pressure. Cathy answered all questions and provided info on the care of the set, even writing it down for us to further highlight what she said at our request. Jeremiah and Jerrod were professional and respectful of property both inside and out with delivery and set up, even cleaning the set when done. We made our first new furniture purchase at Kloter Farms this winter. We saw a sign for a sale and stopped by on a bit of a whim. We were met by Mary, who I immediately respected when she greeted and engaged with my five year old before checking in with me. She then spent nearly two hours with me figuring out what I wanted and needed for our space. I never felt pressured and I know I could not have figured out this purchase by myself. The price was very reasonable with the sale and we received our custom furniture in less than the stated delivery time! We are overjoyed and thankful for Mary and Kloter Farms.

We just purchased a dining room table. We worked with Tim who was fanatastic with helping us create our dream table. The estimated delivery dates are accurate; and they contact you to set up the exact day, a two hour window of delivery, & when they're on their way to your home. Would give 10 stars if I could! We were looking for a shed and Kloter Farms had the best price and quality of all the places we went to. Tim and Keenan delivered and assembled our new dining room table. It's a heavy piece and they were so cautious and aware of their surroundings during the process. Tim and Brian also delivered our vanities and protected the stair railings and walls during the process.

This store is fantastic! They have great products snd awesome employees. We’ve gotten furniture a few different times from them. Most recently we got a custom made dining set and corner hutch. It looks gorgeous. The two delivery men were great. They were 100% professional, taking great care. They made sure we knew how to care for our new furniture.

We love Kloter Farms. Have bought a number of pieces and in all cases the employees have been fantastic. Cathy helped us find exactly what we were looking for in all purchases and was so pleasant to work with.The delivery guys were also great. Tim Keenan and his co-worker were extremely careful in getting the furniture in the house, put on all the felt padding for us and just were so accommodating. Last but not least, the furniture quality is top notch. It’s a little more expensive but worth every penny.

Tim Keenan did a fantastic job with his helper – I don’t think I caught his name. Anyway, the two of them lifted an incredibly heavy piece into our house and were extremely polite and helpful. Excellent service.

Major Mistake Corrected! Thank you Rick! We will be ordering again. My wife and I found the pool bar we wanted on display. We brought the salesman outside, pointed and said "we want this pool bar, no copula and only 12' x 14'. We went in and ordered with the colors we wanted. 8 weeks later it was delivered and it didn't look the same as we saw at the display. There was NO overhang on the roof or the bar top. We called and were told the overhang was an option ($350 +/- more). We looked at the contract and sure enough it was there and NOT checked. Our mistake or the salesman's? We saw a building, pointed and never thought the roof would be different. We contacted Rick and met with him to work it out. Rick ordered a new Pool Bar with the overhang (all other options were the same). They came and carefully removed the wrong bar AFTER the patio was completed. The new one was delivered and is perfect! The delivery crew was perfect using an amazing trailer to position the bar exactly where the other one was with no damage to the concrete. BOTTOM LINE: You can buy sheds, buildings, Gazebos anywhere, but it's the great service when things go wrong that is hard to find. Service and Integrity are long remembered after the price is forgotten.

Absolutely love Kloter Farms. To think how much time I wasted, going to other furniture stores, but at least now I know where to go for my furniture needs. The staff are so nice and very helpful. Love knowing I am getting top notch quality furniture, made from real wood, that I was able to pick out. I purchased a brown maple Haley dining room table and Ally side chairs, for a contrast, to add to my dining room. Just love it. Looking forward to our holiday dinners, to enjoy....Highly recommend Kloter Farms, such a great place.
