Town Permits
Building and zoning permits are the responsibility of the homeowner and must be secured prior to setting a delivery date/installation date. Town Restrictions & Initial Planning Guide →
Site Visit & Design
A site visit to your home is required prior to the manufacturing of your garage to determine the accessibility and scope of the installation. A Kloter Farms representative will call you to set up an appointment. All design details, layout, colors and foundation specifics will be discussed at this appointment.
Foundation Requirements
The building does not include a floor or the cost of the foundation. Kloter Farms will provide you with all the necessary information to choose a reputable concrete contractor. We will work with your selected contractor to insure that the garage installation goes smoothly.
Installing Your Garage
Each garage is manufactured and pre-built in our shop and assembled on your prepared foundation.
