Town Permits
Building and zoning permits are the responsibility of the homeowner and must be secured prior to setting a delivery date/installation date. Town Restrictions & Initial Planning Guide →
Site Visit & Design
A site visit to your home is required prior to the manufacturing of your garage to determine the accessibility and scope of the installation. A Kloter Farms representative will call you to set up an appointment. All design details, layout, colors and site prep specifics will be discussed at this appointment.
Site Preparation
This garage does not include but requires a perfectly level crushed stone base. We work with experienced contractors who can provide this valuable service for you.

Each garage is manufactured and pre-built in our shop and assembled on your prepared pad.

Our custom, site built garages are made-to-order. A typical lead time is approximately 4 – 8 months. This includes design, permitting, foundation install and construction. Your project manager will walk you through this process step by step.
