Site Built Garage Design & Build Process:
From start to finish we’ll help you through each step of the process!
Bring Us Your Ideas
This is where it all starts. How many cars and what type of equipment do you plan on storing? One- or Two-story? What will the upstairs be used for? These questions begin the conversation. Other things to think about are; what type of siding would you like? What roofline? Do you want dormers? Are there special accommodations that need to be met – such as a lift, bonus room, studio or man cave? We will help you take your ideas and get you to a garage that meets those needs.
Town Permits
Building and zoning permits are the responsibility of the homeowner and must be secured prior to setting a delivery date/installation date. Town Restrictions & Initial Planning Checklist →
Site Visit
A site visit to your home is required prior to the manufacturing of your garage to determine the accessibility and scope of the installation. A Kloter Farms representative will call you to set up an appointment. All design details, layout, colors and foundation specifics will be discussed at this appointment.
Foundation Requirements
The building does not include a floor or the cost of the foundation. Kloter Farms will provide you with all the necessary information to choose a reputable concrete contractor. We will work with your selected contractor to ensure that the garage installation goes smoothly.
